CLOSED WARD 713
Japanese Horror / Psychological
You wake in a locked ward with no memory. The patients call you doctor. Only the nurse calls you 713. Coat or gown — your first choice decides who you are, and which of five endings you reach.
Japanese Horror IP Studio
Bringing Japanese horror to audiences worldwide.
A Japanese horror IP studio. We start with games, and build worlds, characters and IP from there.
Our Games
Step inside the worlds we have built.
We design the fear that sits right beside everyday Japanese life, and turn it into a place you can walk through. These are our flagship experiences, live now in Fortnite (UEFN).

02
Japanese Horror / Haunted House
At 2:33 AM, someone who should not be there appears in your room. Horror set in the place you actually live, where the ordinary quietly comes apart.
03
Japanese Horror / School
In an abandoned school at night, the voice of a girl comes from an empty broadcast room. “Say my name.” The moment you do, every door closes. Is saying her name saving her — or calling her back?
Seven experiences are live in total.

SAKURA — Two forms.
One wish.
A second-year high school student in the tea ceremony club. An ordinary girl who only ever wanted to help someone.
There is time she cannot account for. Ask her about that day and the words stop coming.
She does not only exist inside the games. You can talk to her from this page, right now.
Oh — good evening. I did not expect to meet anyone at this hour.
I waited. …I waited so long.
The longer you talk, the more she changes. Her replies are generated by AI.
THE QUESTION
Our horror is not about escaping. When two people tell you different things, which one do you believe? That choice decides where you stand.
CLOSED WARD 713
Who are you trying to save?

PATIENT FILE 709
MINA
The girl in room 709
“Stay here and you will forget too.”

STAFF FILE
KIRITANI
Head nurse
“Patient 713. Time for your medication.”
You cannot simply decide that Mina is good and Kiritani is evil. That ambiguity is the centre of this work.

RESIDENT RECORD
REINA FUJII
The woman waiting in room 204
“(She keeps her back turned, and says nothing.)”

BUILDING MANAGER
THE CARETAKER
The woman who manages this building
“When it turns 2:33, please close your eyes.”
You cannot simply decide that Reina is the fear and the caretaker is the malice. Did she teach you the rules to protect you, or to keep you living there?

About Us
PIXEL PROMO is a studio that carries Japanese horror to the world by digital means. We start with games, but games are not where we stop.
The first thing we design is never a level. It is a world — what haunts it, what happened there, and what records were left behind. We build the lore, raise the spaces, record the voices, and wire it all into a story that changes with your choices. Done carefully enough, a title stops being a single game and becomes a place with a history.
Japanese horror frightens you with quiet rather than darkness. It does not startle you with noise; it leaves a presence behind and lets you notice it. That instinct is a delicate thing to put into words, and it has rarely travelled well. We rebuild it out of UEFN spatial design, fully voiced Japanese performance and branching stories, so that anyone, anywhere, can walk into it themselves.
It is working. Our worlds are already played across 87 countries and territories, and 51.7% of all playtime now comes from outside Japan. The worlds and characters born in Fortnite (UEFN) then move outward — into film, merchandise and other media. Using digital as the way in, and turning Japanese horror into something the world can share: that is what an IP studio means to us.
For Business
Partner with us.
The craft we use to build our worlds also works for brands. We take on UEFN game development, IP collaborations and virtual space design.
Recruit
We are looking for people to build fear with us.
This is world-building. Fear design, space, sound, story — whatever your role, we are all after the same thing: a place people want to return to.
